i had the problem when the phone was connected to the net at cable driver install after download. if the phone is connected the driver install is corrupted but it shows installed and ready to use! you have to use another net connection at that time or disconnect right after the download. * +

the cable driver is intrgrated with package. if you go to doc and settings apps folder then pc suite you should see 2 installer files one pc suite one cable driver. run latter if it tells you its already installed then its fine. if its not there you downloaded the package without the driver. installing old ver driver with new package wnt do you need same ver * +

I never had any significant probs, but obviously pcsuite shud be better than it is. Htc phones hav aWesome features for net, u just click on internet conn sharing it connects automatically to a pc wit any os * +
