I have a headace. Electricity powersupply was been disturbed at my place during the rain's in june this year. Due to this my house and surrounding house have been recieving less voltage that is as low as 150v.... Is.nt this bad enough my problem is ... Is it possible to run a c2u wit 320gb h'd and 2.1speaker.. At this low voltage.. * +

no way has it requires more voltage especially ur graphic card u got it requires 300watt plus check ur psu it should say how much votage it wacks out * +

Surge protector.. Can u explain more. My iball ups cry's whenever I start a game or play video : (.. I wanted to know if their any device which helps to increase the voltage input and supply it to ups.... The problem is my ups cant suck the voltage from mains.. * +

u could proberly try switching some other electrics off and trying that may work * +
