by dual boot vista and xp or by use two computers, one 4 vista one 4 xp. did u know about driver genius/driver magic/driver magician? * +

Delete vista partition. Then use your xp disk. Go in recovery console. Type fixboot and then mbrfix. Xp should boot * +
