could be making a huge self mugging topic here but aston villa i do believe are in their 100th year of top flight football and only everton fc have more years, 107 if im right. how many years has your team been participating in top flight football?. * +

Couldnt tell you off the top of my head. Probably spent about twenty years in Div 2 pre war and one after. We had the unwanted record of being relegated six years after becoming European Champions until Villa took it from us * +

Bolton have spent i think at least one season each decade in the top flight and have spent the majority of their history in the top flight.Saying that,Bolton have also played in all 4 divisions altho the bottom division just once in 1987-88. * +
