England's defence has been a shambles so far, Baines out of his depth,Jagielka ponderous,Johnson despite setting up the goal last night is poor defensively. Hodgson is a t*t for not taking Cole and Terry. As for the midfield what does Woy see in the over rated Henderson and the ineffective Wellbeck? The first two games needed Lampard's passing skills and Lallana's positivity and why bother including the Ox if he was never going to be fit? Cole's exclusion has been proved to be idiotic. *

Not a Chelsea fan but had we played 3 of the Chelsea back 4 and Lamps in midfield then we wouldn't be in the shlt we are in now. I backed Hodgson up to last night but he is too loyal and not ruthless enough. Uruguay had 5 chances last night and all 5 should have been goals and Italy too were dangerous everytime they attacked. Unless you have an organised defence at a major championship then you have no hope. *
