People keep saying everytime it comes round we have a good chance of winning the world cup we will do well. We have a good team this year But everytime we flop. Is it optimism or hope. What do you think englands chances are and how far will they go in the world cup * +

Italy is very off form at them moment. I would tipped England to finish second behind Uruguay before getting smashed by Brazil in the quarters. * +
