cant be english premiership..only two teams in last 16 in cl.same as last season,comparing 4 spanish sides,so there u got it.and 4 chelsea recent winners failing to make last 16 what a joke. * +

If the best league as u imply means the top team in Europe then Chelsea are champions and therefore the premier league is the best. If it is on how many teams get through to the very later stages ie the final then it's the premier league. If it is how entertaining the league is its the premier league has a strong case as it's the most watched. Which definition do you fancy

As a non football fan but a mild interest in the goingson. The EPL is a bunch of over hyped over paid walkers, Spain has 2 full teams of greats but who can name 6 teams from the spanish cup let alone players. And the bundasleaga (yea spelling is more than a little off) No one cares. Soccer sucks * +

Bundasleaga is by far the best value for money league for the fans. England and Spain should use it's model to aspire to. * +

German league bend over backwards for fans, cheap tickets and i am sure match tickets are used on the trains aswell for free travel * +

Watched the real Football Factory the other night with Danny Dire. He was covering Argentina, grounds all standing, the Firms just about run the clubs, they can turn up to the ground when they like, get free tickets, do contract canceling favours for the directors and even cause a riot on purpose to get games called off if they are losing
