agree that It aint all Lamberts fault,but he aint gonna improve much by playing a young side in the prem like he has been,is hutton back now? and where is Dunne?no experience,no leaders...no chance,.even with little money there are players out there that will do a good job,and the youngsters that are going to be good enough will be even better with a bit of experience around them * +

Lambert was given 23m at the start of the season, probably the 4th or 5th highest net spend and decided to sign lower league kids and young cheap foreign imports, nothing wrong with that of course if you've already got a solid base of experienced decent players, however when you mix these lower league players and cheap imports with acadamy players then your fked, I think he's realised recently just what a big task it is to turn the club round and all his early season enthusiasm has evaporated, *
