Keanes too old school for the modern game, can't rule by fear and respect when players are picking up 10-50k and more chance they would be at the club longer then a manager or pick up the same amount at another club * +

Keane is determined man, but very often cant control his temper. That's not a good thing for a man who needs to make important decisions during a match. He was a hell of a player but will never be a good manager. * +
