Yes they will. But the ban is for a years competition, effective over the next 4 years. So if they don't qualify next year but they do the year after, they'll still be banned * +

can they appeal this decision at court of arbitration ? Not saying nowt about it's the wrong decision but if you can appeal and they win then it'll mock the ffp rule *
