I may be stupid but can some1 xplain breifly how it is that utd are sumhow the poorest club in the world cos of all glazer's depts yet at the same time voted by far the richest way ahead of real madrid in 2nd. We worth 2.23 billion according 2 forbes magazine! I know its something to do with assets and poitential but its far from understood. Anyone??? * +

I think it's decided by your income, that's why we appeared in the top 20 in 2006 after selling Rooney and a number of other players. We haven't had a pot to pi*s in since the 80s. * +

i already said...its revenue and assets and growth potential market. United's assets and revenue are comparable to Madrid's and Barcelona's but the club's fanbase is vastly superior which usually puts it top in terms of new market future potentials for 'experts' when they value a club.
