Becoming a manager would take a bit more in depth, personal discussion I would imagine. But to be fair it has been reported on SSN. Not impossible but I can't see him being anything more than a possible candidate at this moment in time

spurs have approached him 1st which would indicate he is 1st choice,not hard for levy to pop over for a meet , there is even this new thing out called a telephone,apparently that can do the job as well,cant see it catching on myself * +
