I can never understand why people don't combine chest and triceps cos they use all the same muscle groups mostly unless you're isolating and doing tricep extensions.. as for cardio, I do an hours mild bike ride to the gym and the same back.. bout 25 miles in total 4 days a week.. do 531 when I'm there.. if I was going to do cardio other than my bike ride tho, I'd only do HIIT.. endurance running etc is terrible for your joints and turns ppl into skin n bone.. who looks healthier, the 100m ru * +

Personally I'm so smashed after chest i cant even think about triceps. I think they have already had a mini workout through the pressing and dips etc. I believe in combining pushing with pulling workouts. Eg back with triceps. That way your biceps also get a mini workout through the back exercises, before hitting them proper a couple of days later. *
