BBC say it includes bonuses and fines. I hope Man City do make him stay. I doubt it but i'm sick fed up of players signing contracts then deciding they want to go elsewhere. If i was a chairman the player would get a signing off fee when he completes the contract rather than a signing on fee. Clubs need to make a stand * +
