there was 3 tests schedules, but icc and bcci wanted to max their wallets with champions league in india hence time became a factor so the third test was dropped for an extra t20. south africa havent played lanka in like 7 or 8 years in a test series so a 4 test series would actually be appropriate * +

A domestic hack and slash should never take priority. ICC and BCCI are killing the game with this stupid 20/20. When it 1st started as an international game it was taken as it should be. A joke * +

i disagree, i think t20 is still a good idea to spread interest in the game and the champions league gives gives a local guy who will likely never represent his country and he plays against the best, if he proves his worth then he will play for his country, but the whole idea is r*ped by bcci who wont stop if 6 ipl teams play a 12 team champions league * +

Yea for sure its a good game for people not really into cricket to watch, but it is not really cricket. I appreciate that not many people can sit doiwn to 5 days of cricket like I can but the importance of 20/20 has blown way out of proportion to what it is, or was meant to be. They used to be charity games, just a bit of fun, blow some cobwebs out before the real series can start *
