Our work has joined a cycle to work scheme so nnow om looking to get myself a bike for about the 500 mark, im looking at a 15mile journey.... friends say to get a hybrid... but the tyres are very thin with not much in the way of grip... does any1 have1? would use it now n then for a bit of can*l riding too... or shud i look at a mountain bike? * +

get one of those battery bikes they do about 15 mph and you wont have to cycle up hills * +
