Yip,hes available wit immediate effect,but he wasnt in the squad.Unless management can convince harris to pull a hamstring or fake some injury,he would probably have to wait after the world cup 4 his test debut.Somehow I doubt he would be part of the odi setup as robin peterson,botha and roelof are better batsmen and fielders,although tahir a wicket taker * +

And,is tahir really as good as his record suggests?Overall,in domestic competition as well as internationals,south african batsmen are the worst against spin,especially legspin.Just look at warne,kumble and afridi's record against them.Even swann,harbajan,ajmal and hauritz had success vs SA.Whats tahirs record like in county cricket? * +
