If James Toney loses Saturday night, it doesn't mean MMA fighters are better. A good boxer fighting a good MMA fighter in a MMA match will always have a punchers chance to win (see Ray Mercer). However, a good MMA fighter boxing a good boxer has NO chance. Boxing rules. MMA doesn't. * +

brilliant point ...... not ? its like saying a lions the hardest creature then chucking it in a aquarium with a shark . facepalm boxing and mma is like the 800meters and the triathlon . total diffrent sports . sure a sprinter mite make a have decent bob sled man but a bob slead mans never gona be a runner * +

Not the same thing... A shark will always lose to a lion on land. A lion will always lose to a shark in water. A boxer will sometimes win against an MMA fighter in MMA. A MMA fighter will never beat at boxer in boxing. * +
