U must ask them to put software version ( bvea1 ) when the do the software upgrade for u as this software work fine on all the phones functions , otherwise they will put the faulty software back on ya phone like they did with me, you will not be charged for the software but u do lose all the data on ya phone when this is done, i will put both number on this post tomorrow as they are at work. *
