Terms of Samsung's mobile phone manufacturers warranty- samsung cannot provide refunds, as we do not receive payment from the CUSTOMERS! , samsung sell the products to distributors, retailers and networks, who in turn sell the goods to their customers. No financial transaction takes place between you as the customer and samsung as the manufacturer of the product. This is just a part of it *

The reason i have put this here is samsung stated to me that if i sent my phone back to them and they couldn't find any faults with my phone (mp3's issue) they would charge me 18 pounds yet on the warranty it states that no payment shall from the customer! lmao how full of s**t are they *

MY E-600 WAS FIXED FOR 3 BUT I TOOK IT BAK TO FONE SHOP THEY DEALT WIV SAMSUNG HAD TWO WK WAIT THO WIV NO REPLACEMENT FONE. *

Yeah orange said the same to me when i asked about havin a phone from them if i sent the phone to samsung and they said no , so i said whats the point of payin for insurance *
