Coz u have had this phone for 3 mths, ( presumably u used it during this time), theres nothin truly wrong with it, the store cant be expected to refund/exchange coz they would make a loss; whether u used it or not, coz u had it so long, its now used goods, they cant take it back from u then sell it on as new stock. Maybe u could sell it privately? At least u get some of ur money back that way *
