unfortunately you cant set em as ringtones. if you have samsung which has voice memo option then try this. create a new MMS and insert any voice memo and send it to your own number. when the message is received, save to sound. there will be a .AMR extension in front of that file name. it will save in media or fun box. and you can play em. but you will have to listen to them by sticking your heads *

... to the phone because of absence of loudspeaker. but if you try to download and AMR, you wont and it will give an error message like on mine it says NOT ACCEPTABLE. just wondering why. *

I'll tell u why because samsung sucks. Though i like the ringtone clarity but it should also provide a little control over the phone. This kind of not acceptable message is certainly not acceptable to me. *
