If you used *2767*2878# then it is master reset, bad news is that it didnt work on your phone due to the stated problem. Only thing left to do now is service centre. * +

Nope thats not wap reset, that master reset for c100,x100,x600 etc but since nothin on your phone can be deleted probably this too didnt work n just managed to delete wap settings. * +
