I on vodaphone uk and it doesnt accept calls etc on that sim. It is second hand. Is there a way to unlock or change imei. I know it not right but i paid for this. * +

You cant really do anything with it. If the imei is barred then it aint worth payin a penny for. If you do get the imei changed then be warned.... Its illegal! * +

Yeah. Someone will do it. But you cant just wall up to a phone stall n ask them to do it. Most people wont do it cos ov it bein against the law. But if they do it will cost you a bomb. Might be better off just sellin it on *
