ok so due an upgrade soon, iv had ever make know to man over the last 20 years but have stuck with samsung as i find them great. now the htc looks great in its build but not too sure about the specs etc, oh and i do like amoled but dont think the htc has it. any thoughts? * +

most reviewers and folks who own both put the HTC ahead of the s4. especially for sound output. * +

cheers folks! i must admit that the htc does look a very good build where the samsung still has a plastic feel to it ,guess to keep costs down. but yeah both are great phones, i think the htc is a seald unit? so cant take the bat out * +

Yep, the HTC is sealed. The issue with Htc is that after 1year update support dies out rather quickly, if that doesn't bother you then go for it, otherwise? I'd say get the GS4. If you are in the UK and can wait a few weeks, get the GS4 I9506 which is the Snapdragon 800 version of the GS4, I think EE are getting them, phone them up and order it. That is the most powerful GS4, slightly more powerful than the Octa and far more than the normal GS4 I9505. * +
