am using a samsung i607 and this morning i wake up it is in airplane mood i turn it on and make a call it turn back to airplane mood and wont turn on back i even master reset the phone and it wont pick up what could be wrong *

i don t know try upgrading software,obviously there is a bug.did it allways done that?if not,than something damaged the software,upgrade what else to say? *
