The only thing diffrent about the j700 is that you can upload files from it... the E250 you can't other than that they are both the same * +

in my experience e250 batt life is poorer n the cam isnt as good as the j700. looks wise i prefer the j700 n the menu display too... cause e250 looks much cheaper n is a cheaper model overall * +
