Maybe ur 'show caller id' switchd off? Its in ur 'call' or 'in call' settings. Nt 2 b confused wit 'show UR id' * +

could be a network or sim card issue. what network are u with? u may need sim updates sent to u. * +

Ur clip is nt activated.Call ur network provider and tell em 2 activate ur clip.This happens especially with contract phnes *
