Hey ppl can anyone help me out. For some reason my samsung x640 phone can't make phone calls but can recieve, it says calls barred but when i check the settings it says calls barred not in action... Is there any way to make it work * +

Are u on orange m8,cuz if so ur out going calls are barred,go in to security and in to bar calls,go to out going calls and un bar it,default code is 1111.thats best i can do to help,? * +
