Hello ppl... My gfs E250 Is giving her problems is that software? She gets a white screen da hole tym? Now da phones stayin a white screen? We tryd taking the micro sd card out bat everything still a white screen! Any help will b helpfull thanx u * +

open the fone up unplug al the plugs blow out wipe wif spirit nd plug back in close fone up and if that dnt work let me know do dat at own risk opening fone voids garenty * +

Cud b screen crackd,or water damage,take owt bat n leave in hot sun 4 a week,if it stil white screen,u need a new1 * +

Mine did the same and i tuk it in for repairs 2 times in 2 weeks time! And again it did the same! I know sended it back to the place i bought it from for repairs. 3 weeks and im still waiting! Im really not impressed with the e250 and loved it in the beginning * +

White screen is caused by a flexi rebbon failure n is so cheap but da repair guy cost a fortune * +
