most likely Limited Services. If u been messing with codes then u have bug*ered your phone. If u found or bought the phone off some dodgy geeza then it may have got blocked or blacklisted. Or it could be a temporary network glitch in area. These could be main reasons... *

The main reason I know why this would happen is due to sim card. Some require you to recharge ur account often, if not, it stops working. The only way to resolve this now is to buy a new Sim. *
