Yes it did, the imei was resetted to 15 zeros, so now the networks dont recognize the phone... I need to change it back to the imei thats on the back of the phone, pleaze. * +

Full eeprom resets imei, voids waranty, bt take it bck 2 wher u got it,ask them if they can re-program da imei bck 2 nrmal, if they cant, ask them 2 send it 2 samsung 2 do it. * +
