i dnt know much about these low end phones,they seem to all be the same to me. * +

Actually, the first batch of U700's that came out were faulty. Thats why the shiny silver chipped. But u can take them back and have the face replaced with a new one. Only complain I have bout the U700 is the volume. Its very soft. *
