It works fine with the keypad closed but when i open it the light goes dull n the buttons,nothing works..ne idea wats wr0ng wif it and how i can fix it? * +

u probaly need new circuit board,i had d5oo until last yr.great phone still.there bout ten pounds nere me extra fiver to fit it.it carnt be ur battery unless its the same one that origanly was in the phone.cuz that wud make it 3-4yrs old.if so then cud be the battery.in my case it was the former.best i can do m8? * +
