What network was the phone origanley on.how many network profiles do u have in your phone.delete the ones u dnt use then get o2 to send settings again.start wid an empty profile instead of over riding one thats in there .it will work if not inbox me n il give u settings ! Try the other first. * +

it was open to any network o2 did send me the settings but for some reason they aint workin hmph *
