Apparently not. I've seen this question before and noone knows. However I would like to make personalized outgoing messages for incoming calls on voicemail. Ever hear of that? * +

u hav to phone ur network n ask 4 a blocking pin. Then u go to setting n u no hw to do the rest * +

that post above me i dont know who your network provider is but ive never heard of a blocking pin, as mentioned some handsets do support this feature, have a look in your manual. *
