y is it every time i put numbers into my speed dials and turn of and back on my d900i they all disappeare? i have all the numbers on my sim and phone memory! * +

i just turn the phone off and on but don't touch th sim be all thie contacts i've put in the speed dial go back to the original ones! i went to o2 shop 2day and tryd doing it on 2 new phone and same thing happened! whats the best way to put in new speed dials in it to store? * +
