Try to clear cache before going online and also check if your phone memory is not full * +

once on the icons menu, hit 6 on keypad, then 6 again i think, then scroll left or right to check memory usage. * +

Software problem... Reset the phone had that problem when tryin to view web settings it reboots do the reset code an that should sort it... * +
