Hi i tryd to get a cell c sim card to work in my z500 but i locked my phone...now it just says phone freeze...and i cant find ne1 with the software for it...hoping that sun1 cud help... * +

hard reset your z500 by typing *2767*3855# or *2767*2878# ... recently someone tried both these on their z5 n told me they found the 1st code more useful n working proper. * +

to try unlock networks on phone try... *7465625*28782# ... should say 'auto subset lock activated' then type *7465625*28638# ... should then say 'auto network lock activated and then phone should reset. try the technique without sim... if not work then try with a sim in. may not work with newer z5 models released. * +
