your phone needs a software upgrade if your warranty is in order take your phone in to carphone warehouse or send it to samsung it will be free or no warranty it will cost between 30or40quid at the carphone warehouse or take in to a small time mobile phone shop or market stall *

i am avin same prob with my d800. only way to clear it is to reset my wap using code *2767*927# beware tho. u wil lose all yor bookmarks. *
