YUP, Same thing happened to my Samsung E860V. I had it for 2 months and then when accessing the net it freezes and restarts. I sent it in - they said it needed a software upgrade. I had it back for 2 weeks and it started it all over again.... the repair shop reckons now that they had to do a firmware upgrade?!? * +
