try using all available network sims in the phone... o2? voda? orange? tmobile? if none work then you got a blocked phone. * +

Yo fone may b blacklisted , My brotha got a x600 it hd the same prob we just found that it is blcklistd . Try go 2 any cellular store mayb theyll help * +

in the u.k if you go in some stores with blocked phones... they would just take the phone n call the police because its blocked... so its been robbed. *
