Symbian is an operating system, like Windows on PCs, but it runs on mobile phones. Yes, u can expect a Symbian phone 2 be better than your average phone, they can run programs ur average phone can't. They're also virus attractive. There are a few Symbian Samsungs, a 2 that i can remember are D720 and D730. * +
