If its blocked you been had. Imei number changing is about unblocking a handset which is illegal. Dont go into any random shops as some of them would just take the phone. I dont know where your from but that happens in my areas lol. * +

Sorry man, always test the phone b4 you leave with the phone, and get all relevant docs, including p.o.p, warranty etc. *
