My t309 has a habit of randomly powering off even with full battery and when i do nothing with my phone but turn it on and let it set do i just need to return the phone to the dealer or does any one have tips? * +

Depends if ur online like me. When i go to a web site, it cant support too much content and it restarts. If it just turns off, then return it * +
