Dont knw exactly wut it means bt i can help only if ur provider is Vodacom or MTN.dial which eva 1's customer care and listen 2 the voice prompts til u hear ''FOR PUK or VOICEMAIL OPTIONS PRESS ?'' the # they say.frm there on ud knw wut to do:-) *

Pin Unblocking Key, you only use it when u've incorrectly entered ur PIN three times in a row. Entering a PUK incorrectly nine times in a row will lead 2 ur SIM being blocked 4 good! *
