Phillip,try this reset code wich removes the SP-LOCK. Although if it doesnt work after first and second trial,make sho that dont enter it more than 5times otherwise it will completely block ur fone,and ther is no unblocking code 4that.heres the code: *2767*3855# if it doesnt work try this: *2767*2878# that resets customised settings.inbox me if they work *
