My Samsung C100 taking long time for downloading some time it seem network error but there is no problem in network, why? *

It cud b that wot ur tryin2 downld is the wrong 4mat 4 ur fone or the netwk isnt lettin access certain sites.But the c100 is wel known 4 its software probs also *
