Can any1 help me when i press the button to take a photo on my E700 it says preview error and goes back to the menu Screen any help is appreciated thanks *

Da.same.appened.2.my1.i.dropped.it.da.screen.went.all.wite.n.wen.i.take.pics.it.sez.preview.error...try.closin.it.n.pressin.da.button.on.da.side.it.myt.cum.out.green.tho..n.i.was.told.i.need.a.new.screen.cos.a.wire.in.da.fold.has.cum.out.n.its.75.2get.it.fixd..but.try.2.blag.it.say.u.went.down.da.rd.n.u.cud.get.it.dun.4.50.etc.or.ring.samsung.n.send.it.2.dem.cos.they.mite.b.able.2.fix.it.4.3.4.u *
