you will need to buy the rubber mat thats goes underneath the keypad. very cheap on ebay. check youtube for dissasembly tutorials. are you sure its not water damage though? did it happen overnight? * +

you should of said it was only a few keys affected in the first place? obviously a hardware problem. * +

If u can open it u can clean that mat underneath the keypad yourself. I don't know what's it called. but anyway a sticky residue builds up so u should wipe it clean * +
